High School and College both require teachers and work, but they both have differences that many people are not aware of. People will say that college and High School are similar because they both require effort for one to pass, but what they do not realize is the amount of effort which is necessary for each. Due to my past experiences when I am serving my national services, I can associate most with the authentic leadership theories. According to Goodman (2013), stress level is built up over time and requires a period to recover. Therefore, to remove the stress inbuilt in my body, I will take up ongoing stress-relieving activities, such as sports and volunteering work.
